Rajasthani cuisine is influenced by war-like lifestyle and the availability of ingredients in this arid region. The cuisine is a delectable blend of multiple regional cuisines such as Mewari, Marwari, Shekhawati and Bikaneri.

Right from its signature delicacies Dal Baati Churma and Kachori to sweet wonders like Ghevar, Imarti and Malpua, this royal state is a paradise for a food lover.

It is also influenced by the Rajputs, who are predominantly non-vegetarians whose diet consisted of game meat and dishes like laal maas, safed maas and jungli maas.

In our endeavour to maintain the authenticity of the cuisine, we have specially invited Chefs from the Royal Kitchen, one of the first Palace hotels of the Taj – Rambagh Palace, Jaipur.
